The long list is very long. The short list is still quite long. So I’ve included just a few projects which say something about what I can do

Military based large enterprise with multi-billion spend—implemented EVMS on large projects (including WBS definition, supply chain engagement and relationship management with MoD) and advised on systems design and implementation.

Definition and launch of UK IT Community of Practice for Project Managers for global professional services business. Included design and facilitation of 2-day launch event for 80 Project Managers, wiki design and launch (barn-raising), facilitation of inquiry-led approach to building activity in community.

I have run 6 major enterprise-wide implementation and development projects related to the Peregrine ServiceCenter and Peregrine AssetCenter product suite including gap analysis project definition, initiation, development, test, implementation and Go Live prep. I don’t do the development bits but each one of these projects has been multi-national and multi-product .

Defined and wrote Group Intranet Roadmap. Advised on implementation of Community of Practice and collaboration software and approaches. Managed implementation of DocuShare software. Defined and advised on Community of Practice model.

Definition, initiation, contractual structuring and management of project to consolidate Service and Asset Management systems  across 3 continents and 5 Business Units for pharmaceutical information business. Full lifecycle included specification, development, test and Go Live of full Peregrine toolset. Included communication and interface with a challenging stakeholder structure.
