I help you to work out what you’re trying to achieve and then we create a roadmap for both the human and systems side of the Community of Practice model you’re trying to deliver.

I can help you design the membership, create and facilitate the launch—which can be face to face, online or both—generate the seed content, create a buzz and cultivate the value delivered to the members.

Implementing Communities of Practice

I project manage change projects and enterprise software implementations—particularly those with external suppliers and multiple sites. I’m particularly experienced in managing virtual teams and ensuring that you get delivery inline with the project vision.

Project management

Implementing Earned Value Management System tools, processes, techniques and approaches requires understanding of project management, project controls, finance, forecasting and requires the management and motivation of a wide base of people, not all of whom will share your vision.

I can create the environment in which the EVM implementation can and will succeed—and I have the experience to spot the problems before they occur.

Implementing Earned Value

I can design, specify and initiate improvement projects in service and asset management organisations based on sound ITIL experience and many enterprise wide implementation projects with UK high street banks, Swiss pharmaceutical companies, US based global information businesses and many more.

I can also manage the full lifecycle implementation of service management and asset management software toolsets with a particular experience in the Peregrine ServiceCenter and Peregrine AssetCenter tools
